Everybody...yes...even you..

I really get annoyed by people in the bathroom at work. Now..this may be an uncomfortable topic...but someone please explain to me why I can go into a restroom at work where there are 5 stalls..and in 3 of them..there are people sitting quietly - maybe they are waiting to see who just gives up and leaves? I'd really like to leave a copy of this on the counter..or maybe in each stall...

I often wonder if this happens in the men's room as well...but I see them going in with reading material...so I somehow doubt it...
